Justin Delaney (Owner/Chef), grew up in the Niagara Region. At a young age he began cooking at home with his father, who also shared a similar passion for food. Starting as a dishwasher at a local establishment, Justin started to see and understand food on a larger scale. Eventually moving up through the ranks in the kitchen, he developed a deeper understanding for the industry itself. After completing his Cook Apprenticeship and graduating from the Niagara Culinary Institute, Justin has worked in several establishments from cafe's to fine dinning restaurants.
Today, Chef Delaney focuses on bringing simple but delicious foods to your table. "Creating your Perfect Plate."
